Proviz Women's Reflect360 Running Vest - High Visibility Reflective Safety Vest for Night Running, Cycling & Outdoor Activities

I am very happy with my purchase, the reflection is great, I literally glow in the dark! I ordered a size 6 and it fits well, it's roomy enough to wear over a heavier shirt or coat but also works over a light layer. I ordered a size 6 am 5' 5" 125 lbs. My only complaint is that there are no pockets which is a drawback because I like to have my phone and sometimes my car keys when I run.This vest is perfect for running in the dark. It does not “light up” until light hits it and then it’s super reflective. It’s comfortable and doesn’t get in the way. It’s got a nice back with ventilation to keep from over heating. It would not suffice for cold weather as it’s very light weight, but a great addition to add over warmer clothing.I was psyched for this vest because of how reflective it is, but it has too many flaws to stand up to use for running/exercise (or maybe anything). The fact that it has no pockets is a bit weird. That inconvenience bothered me more than I thought it would. The most problematic part is that the reflective material is not breathable AT ALL. The back has vented mesh, but the front is solid. And I mean solid. I’m not a sweaty person, but even short runs result in incredible condensation buildup in the front of the vest. I return home drenched. And the inside of the vest looks like it’s been in a rainstorm. The quality is also lacking. After three uses the reflective fabric is already degrading with pieces starting to chip off. I’m giving it the second star only because it’s impressively reflective so it did have that going for it...I loved the visibility, but after a 2 hour run, the material started flaking off. I’m returning it, because for the price I paid, I expected better quality.In terms of visibility this product is superb but there is a serious design flaw. After only five wears, the zips on the pockets have rubbed holes in the jacket. Very disappointing. Proviz have said that they cannot help me as I purchased from another seller.November 2020Just an update on my review above.Firstly, Amazon’s service was excellent - they organised a speedy refund when I returned the gilet to them.Secondly, I have taken the plunge and bought another gilet with the intention of cutting off the zip pulls that caused the damage. The design has been changed and the new zip pulls are made of soft fabric which will hopefully not damage the gilet.I ordered a size 16 but it was too big, I was worried that the 14 might be too tight for running. However, it is exactly what I need with regards to reflectiveness, so I will return but only to get a smaller size. The back of the vest is soft material and breathable which is better for running as the weather improves.Totally love this gillet. Cars see you very far away in pitch dark, and since not many have these around where I live, it is a surprise for the cars and they start to decelerate long before I pass. Feels secure. The only slightly negative is that the front side does not breath so the inliner is very wet after a run.It’s very good- super visible. I had someone overtake me who said he could see me from really far away. I don’t find it too warm which was a concern before I bought. The only quibble is that I find it irritating that there’s a little bit of a cap sleeve that comes down over my shoulder. It’s not long enough to be a sleeve so on me it sits at an odd place.Perfect, reflective running gilet.
