I bought these for walking/jogging. The only place I run is to the Fridge between Football plays. I like them very much - Super comfortable and also Super High Visibility for Safety from cars, trucks, anything bigger than me. People have remarked how I am very easy to spot while in them - THAT'S the idea.Just like the title suggested, this is a great running shoe. The cushion it provides helps support both the front of your foot and heel from impact. Also good for everyday shoes or for work that requires you to stand for long periods of time. Usually my heels would start hurting after about standing for an hour, but with this shoe, my heels don't hurt even after standing for 5 hours. Must have!Just a really good fitting and comfortable shoe. I mean really isn't that what a shoe is all about?I purchased the shoes after viewing an NHK Japanese program on running. I have cut 2 minutes of my 10k time on my first run in them and I am improving every day.I have read many reviews of the Novablast before buying a pair and they all warned about bad stability, but even running on cobblestones I haven't had any issues with it. The midsole is making the longer runs very comfortable and the energy return is great. I really don't have anything to complain about.
