New Balance Women's Fresh Foam 1080 V11 Running Shoes - Lightweight Cushioned Sneakers for Jogging, Gym Workouts & Daily Walking

Horrified about how I’ll be able to walk around this time next year now that this shep is done. The 1080v11 is the only shoe I can find that comes in extra wide and doesn’t have a “snug fit” that compresses the crap out of my feet. I have sciatic nerve compression and small fiber neuropathy, which hurt my feet. On top of that I have erythromelalgia, so compression also causes my feet to swell and literally burn up. The right shoe is the difference between being able to stay on my feet or not, and I don’t really know what I’ll do once the ones I have wear out. I will never be able to afford custom made shoes regularly- it’s cheaper to buy a mobility aid. And it’s ridiculous that it doesn’t have to be that way of New Balance would just remain inclusive.These wear out so fast and I’m praying they’ll release another version similar to this, or another brand will put out something similar.It sucks because New Balance has decided to stop making extended widths when they used to, excluding us from their target audience. I remember buying Womens 4E for 1080s a few years ago, but I guess they decided we’re not really worth it.I love these shoes! I walk aboit 4-5 miles a day in these. I have wide feet and often even wide width shoes are too tight without loosening the laces to the point they don’t have much left to tie. These are different! Plenty wide, great toe room (my toes aren’t pinched at all) and the foot bed is like walking on a cloud… think adidas slides. I love my adidas slides and would love to wear them everywhere, unfortunately, they’re not the most fashionable. LOL. I bought a 9w and they fit great. They’re lightweight and offer great support.I love these shoes which work great with my hard to fit feet. I have a bunion and the soft stretchy fabric and cushiony sole made exercise a dream for my lifestyle. They looked good for all occasions, walking and even hiking, especially in black. I've been wearing Version 10 but couldn't find them. I read reviews that said people weren't liking Version 12 so I ordered Version 11 hoping it would be similar to the 10. It has changed substantially and no longer works for my troublesome foot. There are now only 5 sets of laces which start further back on the foot and no longer offer the support I need, besides making my size 11 feet look bigger. The support that was sew in around the big N is also missing and my arch feels like all the support it provided is missing. The rubber compound around the laces is thinner and they seem less supportive all around. Even the laces are thinner and like some reviewers mention, too short. I'm so sorry my "old reliables" aren't around anymore and the new version doesn't work for me.These shoes are amazing. I trained for and finished an IronMan in the pink/burgundy version of these shoes. I wasn’t too crazy about the purple, which is arrange since it’s my favorite color. I wish the purple was more vibrant so I returned these.If you have a wider foot, this is a great walking shoe. Cushion is excellent and mesh material totally flexible. Stretches with no pressure on foot. Bought one pair, wore them out and am on my second. I walk daily and go through a lot of walking shoes. Will buy another.I am on my feet quite a bit these days. I needed to find something that would save my back and knees. I took a chance with these shoes and could not be more pleased. These shoes are so comfortable, provide good space in the toe box area and have the cushion I needed to support my back and knees. I highly recommend these shoes! (NOTE: Wear with socks. If you don't, the back will rub your heel raw. Low socks or whatever your preference will help tremendously.)These shoes are great! Very comfortable with great support for running. They feel a bit odd - like the toe is curled up - when walking. But when running, they are fantastic!I love bright shoes! I wear a 12w and am on my feet on cement for 10 hours a day as a nurse, these don’t pinch, they don’t rub, they are soft and supportive. I love the mesh upper, my feet don’t get too hot.Lovely looking trainer but the material is very stretchy and I find myself going over on my ankles alot!! So now I have some new gym shoes and had to buy more road running trainers!!!!Nice trainers, looked comfy good value for money on amazon at the time but sent back as didn't suit my feet. I have a swelling at back of heel which didn't suit back if trainers more my feet than fault of trainersI bought size up and still small, absolutely disgusting, wrong size chart completely, don't bother at all. Oh and return is not free! You gotta pay for it!Bought these for tennis/badminton. Very comfortable and offer excellent support for my feet.Money well spent ?My new favourite running trainers!! I have been a Brooks girl for years but my best mate completed a marathon in these so thought I’d give them a go. It’s like running on clouds! I went up half a size and they fit great.
