I am normally a 7.5, but in New Balance that translates to 8.5. I ordered an 8.5 and had to double check these were the correct size when they arrived. They were waaaaaay too small. These in 8.5 easily fit my teen daughter who is normally a 7 in New Balance shoes. So instead of returning them I passed them on to my teen! Great support and they still look good a month or two later. I love New Balance but be mindful of the size on these ones!
