I love these shoes. Not only is the color really cute they fit well. And other barcoot shoes I felt awkward walking in. These are super easy to walk in, and very comfortable!Love the shoes but they arrived smelling strongly of mildew. I have to store them in a downstairs closet because they stink up my dressing area and since I’ve worn them a few times I can’t send them back. ?It’s been three weeks and they STILL stink.Fit snugness and footbed is similar to the Merrell Barrado (which I like/fits well). Slightly concerned with the longevity of the plastic-like overlay around the toe on this shoe where it gets bent when walking/flexing. It doesn't seem like it will last as long as the mesh or sewn on variety. Time will tell. Otherwise, good. Prefer this shoe over the Merrell Women's Bare Access Flex Trail Runner that I purchased at the same time. Proportions don't seem correct on that shoe. They both may be fakes due to placement of size/tag and others' reviews? I am not using these for running, so assume they'll last awhile longer than a runner.Purchased produce two times for myself and for my sister's birthday; both pairs had the same problem, displaced arch (located in odd places within and middle of each shoe, a large hump); overly wide width, wide heel leaning and dipping within opposite sides of each shoe. Although shoes look great, they are severely uncomfortable making wearing and walking unbearable, non-functioning, ill-fitting, and defective. Shoes does not maintain shape, each shoe (toe and heel) leans to opposite sides of each shoe (heel of shoe leans and dips to the opposite side, while the toe dips and leans to the opposite side). I love the color and admire from afar, but shoes are not wearable in any form. I have waste monies in purchasing these shoes (two times purchase) in two difference sizes (7.5 and 8), neither sizes or shoes are wearable due to these problem. These shoes were 1/2" wide on both sides, heel size irregular, arch located in wrong place and in different locations within each shoe. Overall, these are not good shoes and are made completely wrong, not a wearable, none-fitting, and defective shoes that should never be sold. Shoe defects will create severe feet, gate and body alignment problems. It was true to size, but that was the only plus. The quality was bad. There was visible glue and gaps between the sole and main part of the shoe. I’m going to assume the shoe was simply a factory reject, but even the look of the shoe felt very cheap. This was the only pair of Merrells I’ve ever returned. The color in-person was also obnoxiously bright compared to the photo.My new favorite running shoes. It’s lightweight, pliable and versatile. I also love the color.I have long narrow feet and these are a perfect fit - not too wide and amazing arch support. I love merrell shoes and these are the best trainers.
