My knees and my back love these sneakers for walking.I have flat feet and hammer toes so I must wear shoes with inlays. My inlays fit easily into these shoes and still give me enough room in the toes for my hammer toes! However, I had to get a half size longer in order to give my toes enough room with the inlays in these shoes. I have wide wide long toes but narrow feet so a medium width like these shoes work well! They are well designed to support your foot. I use it even when I am working on my roof (at 73 yrs old) as they allow me good traction and good balance! Best shoes I have ever had!My favorite shoe brand for running and long walks. Great support and comfort, padding is just eight and shoe is still a good light weight. I have a pair of Hoka's that I switch back and forth with as some days my feet are a little sore and the Hoka's help that but for everyday the Hoka's are a little too bouncy.They did run about a half a size too small but re-ordered knowing that and they are awesomeWalking daily. Have a fallen arch and a bad ankle. I will be 80 in a month and going on my 3rd pair. The only shoe for me.Perfect fit, very comfortable, great support! Absolutely love and will but again!!!I own multiple pairs of Brooks tennis shoes. I bought these for walking/all day wear not working out. They are light on the feet however the sole did not reach all sides of the shoe and you can feel the sole line. The back of the shoe also broke down/folded very easily. Love the color for outfits but this is not worth the money. Go with their Ghosts or Glycerin.Ligero no pesa nada.
