I usually wear a size 7 in Nike shoes, however this shoe runs a little small, and is quite narrow, so I would recommend that anyone considering this shoe go up a half size bigger than they would normally wear, especially if you like a little extra toe room. Having said that, the shoe is quite wonderful and literally fits my foot like a glove. The material is very thin and lightweight and the shoes hug my feet like they are a part of them. The sole is a lightweight foam with rubber bulbs on the bottom, positioned at all of the pressure points on the sole of my feet, providing great cushion and shock absorption. They're also breathable and don't make my feet hot and uncomfortable. I really do love the shoe and as long as they hold up to my workouts they'll be well worth the $95.00 price tag.
