I usually wear a size 7 in Nike shoes, however this shoe runs a little small, and is quite narrow, so I would recommend that anyone considering this shoe go up a half size bigger than they would normally wear, especially if you like a little extra toe room. Having said that, the shoe is quite wonderful and literally fits my foot like a glove. The material is very thin and lightweight and the shoes hug my feet like they are a part of them. The sole is a lightweight foam with rubber bulbs on the bottom, positioned at all of the pressure points on the sole of my feet, providing great cushion and shock absorption. They're also breathable and don't make my feet hot and uncomfortable. I really do love the shoe and as long as they hold up to my workouts they'll be well worth the $95.00 price tag.The color is exactly as expected. I normally wear 9.5 narrow, and these 9.5s are a bit shorter than I like and, as expected, wider. If you have very narrow feet, you will be disappointed. They have moderate, not great, support, which is what I expected. My Chaco flips have more support, but then Chacos have better support than anything other than the very most supportive running shoes, which these are not. I would not want to go far in these, but I didn't buy them for long distances.Definitely like the shoe as the colors are bright and the support is definitely there from a shock performance perspective. But with the additional insole I have to place inside to prevent from plantar fasciitis, it fits more snug than I expected. This is the 2nd pair of this style shoe. I have the black & white one and this is why I ordered the same style. This one is made a little different but very close to what I have already.I bought these for my girlfriend in December and she really likes the style and color. The shoes are lightweight and fairly comfortable and the grip is about as expected. But that's where the pros end.We run 2-4 miles at a time, several times a week. And in almost 2 months a hole has appeared in the upper on one of the shoes. My girlfriend was able to get about 500 miles out of her last pair of Nike's, which we had to replace due to the grip wearing down. She's not even done 100 miles in this pair. This morning we ran on a track on a somewhat dewy morning, and my girlfriend's feet ended up soaked. Mine (protected by Adidas!) stayed dry. Also, I've noticed that as she runs it sounds as if air is escaping from the heels, like you'd expect on an old pair of shoes. These are barely 2 months old! My girlfriend also says the shoes squeak a bit as she runs too, though I hadn't noticed that.I'll let my girlfriend have the last word in this review: "I wouldn't recommend them."If you are looking for a nice fitting shoe that stands out from the Nike crowd this is definitely one. If you are looking for a high performing shoe; I would be afraid to put these to the test. I wouldn't even want to get these dusty on a trail run because it may not stand up to many cleanings. So in short these will go into my "wear on occasion” side.I love these shoes...... However, they only last, for me, 6 months average. Every pair I have owned. Tend to fray in the big toe area, a hole. I have tried to even apply clear nail polish over the toe area to try to stop it from happening. No luck. They have very good grip on the bottom and are light. The only drawback us that the back is a bit high and rubs the back of my ankle if I wear low cut socks. Wearing socks with tabs in the back solves the problem.Wasn't impressed with this sellers packaging. The box it came in was a Nike box that had been ripped apart, in half, and held together in plastic. It certainly makes a buyer question whether these shoes are actually new or not. The sole of one shoe was dirty. The inside of the shoes were clean & in tact - I was able to clean it, so it isn't enough to warrant returning the product, but not great quality.
