I have worn NB shoes for years. I own cross trainers, runners, and walking shoes from them. Since I've worn them for so long, I know my size so I was surprised to see so many people say these don't fit true to size. If you are a regular NB wearer, buy the size you normally do, I did and they fit as expected. These are very comfortable and have way more cushioning than I expected. I do have a tendency to roll to the outside of my foot a bit as I walk and these help with that. No break in time required for me with these, just wear and go. They're fantastic runners and I would recommend them. I bought the light grey with accents of pink and teal, which arrived and appear very consistent to what is shown online, the pink is a bit more vibrant that the salmon color I see on my screen, but they are great shoes!I have flat feet, yet over-pronate (strange compensation!). I also am recovering from an ACL blow and had hip surgery a few years back. Yet, despite all this- I love to run! These sneakers help me accomplish my goals. This is the second time I've purchased this shoe and have not been disappointed yet. It is lightweight and quick. The lack of added weight from a support shoe has helped my hips a lot. It also is extremely durable despite having a very low weight. I run trails with these shoes, and on pavement with no problems. My arch feels supported for miles and miles. The shoe laces are also upgraded. They NEVER come untied and aren't too long. The only issue I have is that the shoe will blow out after 175-200 miles...I highly recommend this shoe to any woman who loves to run and who is looking for a lightweight stability shoe!I'm a long distance runner who has been running in New Balances for years. Needed something with a slight medial support and the W870V3 were perfect! I prefer in-store purchases so that I can run in them a bit before buying but I took a chance with these and they've worked out great. Fit was perfect (size 9.5). I don't have a truly "wide" foot, but I'm on the larger end of "normal" and sometimes do have to jump to a wide version so that i have some freedom to mess with ties, socks, and what not as the seasons change. This shoe needed no modifications for what I use it for. It's a normal that fit at a perfect snugness for me and I don't think it would be a problem for a "small, normal" foot width. Just enough room in the toe box for me as well.New Balance has been recommended as a good shoe for bunions, and they seem to live up to the recommendation. I've added light jogging to my usual three mile walk, and these were also recommended as a good stability shoe. I've been out a few times in them, and they are doing the job for me.I had always been a New Balance runner - until about a year ago I switched to another brand -- which was a huge mistake!! I injured myself and suspected that it was the new shoes but wasn't sure. So I limited my running/walking to heal my foot. Never quite got better - so I decided to try going back to New balance and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I LOVE this shoe. My foot doesn't hurt anymore and I am back to my usual running/walking routine. I will never stray from NB again, NEVER!Have only ran in it twice. I'm loving the amount of support, responsiveness & cushion. They do run a half size small, so if you normally a 7 order a half size up. However, I don't expect these shoes to last very long than most other running shoes.Im always a fan of new balance. I think they are a little more built up on the outside than what I usually expect but I got used to it after a few days. Good quality and support as new balance always delivers. These are my go-to running shoes for the treadmill. I don't run long distances, but I run enough that I need supportive shoes (5 miles at a time?). They are very light weight, but more supportive than some of the minimalist shoes out there that I have tried (Nike Free Runs). There are a lot of very bright shoes out there right now, but I liked that these are more subtle in color, with just a touch of personality.Great Running shoe, I fond them great for long and short distanceL'article est parfait. Too narrow at the toe for me and felt cheap and flimsy. I have fairly narrow width feet but squarish toes. Have returned and bought something else instead. Colour was really nice and fun though!
