I am having problems with the sesamoids bones that are causing a bit of pain (the pad under the big toe in particular). I was incredibly uncomfortable. These are true to size and my foot doesn't hurt at all when walking. Plenty of room in the toe box. Now I can get back to walking our 5 mile walks I would recommend these shoes.
