After buying some minimalist style shoes (and possibly getting tendonitis from wearing them,) I decided to check out the New Balance website to see what kind of shoes I should be wearing. Seems since I am flat footed, I need some stability in my shoes, not the barefoot feel.These have a some stability in them, so I thought I would try them.Aside from being comfy as anything, my feet and ankles do not hurt after wearing them. This is a huge plus for me.The color is not exactly pink, more like a very bright/neon pink/orange. The dark purple/blue color is accurate.Not what I was hoping for, but they don't hurt me, so the "right look" idea is tossed out the window.I can run, walk and just do anything in them. It is really exciting.They seem to be lasting pretty well (I have had them about 6 months) and I use them every day for the evening walk and no obvious wear is showing, yet.I keep checking the heel area to see if the cushioning is declining, it seems to be ok so far.They are mesh on the front, so if it is wet, your socks and feet get wet fast.I got the same size in the Vazee Prism shoe in the neon pink/dark purple and they were a great fit.I needed some that were less NEON, so I tried these.These seemed fine at first, but then after a few minutes wearing them around the house, I noticed my feet were not as happy as I had thought they'd be. As in they were going numb. Not good.After further inspection, I think that the pair I got were slightly tighter in the toes than the neon ones for whatever reason. I was pretty sure they were exactly the same size and model, but maybe these were a different model. These seem well made and look good, but not for me.The neon ones are great.I loved these shoes from the start! But the padding seemed to disappear after just a few wearings. Various inserts to give cushioning made the shoes too small through the toes. (these are more pointed than most NB I have)I unlaced them and used shoe stretchers to make them as wide as possible across the forefoot. I relaced them using an old trick of skipping the first two holes which really expands the bunion area. They finally fit again even with slightly thicker socks which gave the padding I needed.NOTE: I've learned what the 12mm differential means; that describes how high the heel is compared to the forefoot. For me, 12mm throws off my back and I do best with 6-8mm. Now I know to check for this information.I bought these shoes at the risk of rewiews who said they run small, I have used them for 3 continuous days for hard workout..and try them out how they work for my, These shoes compared in size is the same as my other new balance shoes, the problem in my opinion is that the padding around the ankle is very thick, which makes the foot go ahead and feel that it is small, I am Of skinny ankles and has not been a problem for me, ***these shoes are not good for thick ankle****however to prevent I keep my shoelaces of these shoes a bit loose on my ankles. these shoes are very comfortable for high impact exercises, they have good cushioning, they look very nice.I'm a size 9, sometimes a 9.5... but in these shoes, I ordered a 9.5 after trying on another version of the New Balance Vezee shoe line in store sans socks.... and the 9.5 in these was too small, my toes reached the front of the shoe in socks. Ordered a 10 (which I've never had to do), and they fit PERFECT - already took them on a 13 mile bike ride with 0 complaints. They fit SO well, the color is amazing (bright and neon, better than the photo) and they allow a nice breeze into the shoe which prevents my feet from getting too warm. Once you find the size you need, the fit is amazing, but finding that size might be a bit tricky.Love these running shoes. Just a tad, maybe a half size, short in length... If you are borderline (or often a half size) I would size up. Got a good 600 miles on these so far and they have held up as well as much more expensive running shoes in the past. This was my first pair of New Balance running shoes in over a decade, and it will not be my last. They are light and responsive, but still have a little cush for pavement crushing. Plus, they are actually super cute sneakers... fresh and simple with a color dipped look. The pink is really sweet, I think I might add a black to my collection for just running around town. Support running shoes have never been so good looking- if you have flat feet you know the battle is real.I'm now on my fourth pair of Vazee Prism running shoes - I run every other day and have a tendency to over pronate; I also naturally run on my toes and do not need my toes slipping too far forward in a pair of unconventional 'round toe' Altras (no shade, I wish I could wear them but New Balance fit me like a glove!) I ran my first 'indoor' half marathon (yes, 13.1mi indoors is still 13.1mi!) in these and would do it all over again if someone asked me to. Highly reliable running shoes - I'll keep buying this model as long as NB continue making them!Attractive color combination (violet/lime/silver), low end of New Balance line. For walking, is fine. For a shoe marketed to have excellent arch support, it's barely enough for my flat feet, so if you need pronounced arch support, you will not like this shoe. The thin insoles do next to nothing, there is barely a heel cup, which will be replaced at additional expense on my part. The outsoles are cushy making them overall comfortable enough for street walking (pavement), knocking around, but I would NOT recommend it for impact activity. True to size and width, but due to the shoe styling, there is very little support across the top of the forefoot. For some reason, my size was much less expensive than the other sizes, so I guess I'll keep it. Overall, just so-so.5 stars for looks, and two and a half for purpose. Would not buy again.Great running shoes at reasonable priceNormal kaufe ich nur asics, wollte mal eine andere Marke testen.Bin wirklich überrascht, Passform perfekt, Verarbeitung ist auch super, sitzen stabil und fest am Fuß, bin gleich 10km mit den Schuhen gelaufen... hätte keine schmerzen oder Probleme, kann den Laufschuh nur empfehlen.Schuh sieht so wie auf dem Bild aus und ist angenehm zu tragen.Auch für schnelle Trainingseinheiten geeignet.Bietet eine leichte angenehme Stabilität.Fast delivery, good fit and exactly as advertised.Even if it's suppose to be wide it's pretty tight...exactly as described :)
