I had to order a 1/2 size larger than my year old Nike Zoom running shoe. The toe box seems smaller than my Nikes so I sized up.Issue with Brooks Levitate 5 Neutral:In my opinion, the shoe’s tongue is not suited for jogging/running. It’s way too bulky and affected how tight the laces can be tied. The tongue also presses and digs into the top of the foot if you tighten the laces. The tongue also does not stay in place.To prevent blisters from shoe rubbing you need to tighten the laces before jogging. For this reason I will be cautious buying the Brooks brand.For walking these shoes work well enough. The bottom of the shoe has good tread.Style wise these are a good looking shoe.
